1. ALC panel without reinforcing steelUltra-lightweight:

Size: 1200mm x 600 x Thick (Customized)

2. ALC AUTOCLAVED AERATED LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE SLABS WITH 1 LAYER OF STEEL (~ 3.5MPA)

Description:

It is a steel mesh reinforced T-joint panel, is manufactured from autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) non-fired material, thus possessing all the superior technical properties of AAC blocks. Its structure consists of a single layer of high-grade anti-corrosion steel reinforcement inside, combined with a T-joint connection system, which helps to:

  • Increase load-bearing capacity
  • Lightweight, saving on material, labor, and transportation costs.
  • Quick and simple construction
  • Fire-resistant, withstands fire for up to 4 hours.
  • Thermal insulation, air conditioning
  • Superior sound insulation and noise reduction.

Specifications:

  • Size: 4000(L) x 600(W) x thick ( Customized)
  • Compressive strength: ∼ 3.5 MPA
  • Mounting bracket: Flat (no bracket)
  • Number of wire mesh layers: 1 layer
  • Sound insulation coefficient: ~ 36 Decibels
  • TCVN 7959:2011

3. ALC AUTOCLAVED AERIAL CONCRETE SLABS WITH DOUBLE-LAYER STEEL JOINTS (~ 7.5MPA)

It is a steel mesh reinforced panel with T-joint connections, is manufactured from autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) non-fired material, thus possessing all the superior technical properties of AAC blocks. Its structure consists of two layers of high-grade anti-corrosion steel reinforcement inside, combined with T-joint connections, which helps to:

  • Increase load-bearing capacity
  • Lightweight, saving on material, labor, and transportation costs.
  • Quick and simple construction
  • Fire-resistant, withstands fire for up to 4 hours.
  • Thermal insulation, air conditioning
  • Superior sound insulation and noise reduction.

Specifications:

  • Size: 4000(L) x 600(W) x thick ( Customized)
  • Compressive strength: ∼ 7.5 MPa
  • Mounting bracket: Flat (no bracket)
  • Number of wire mesh layers: 2
  • Sound insulation coefficient: ~ 48 Decibels
  • TCVN 7959:2011
