PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Bamboo slats undergo a transformation process (or drying according to customer requirements), ensuring stability and quality. Bamboo slats are carefully classified according to color (natural or caramel) and surface quality, then arranged into a 3-layer structure: two outer layers are pressed at a 45-degree angle to create prominent grain, the core layer is placed horizontally or perpendicularly to increase the load-bearing capacity and resistance to deformation.
The bamboo slat layers are hot-pressed under high pressure from 1200 to 1500 tons, at a strictly controlled temperature of 100-150°C. This process uses glue that meets E0/E1 standards (low formaldehyde content), ensuring a strong bond between the layers while still being safe for health and the environment. Controlling temperature and pressure helps prevent deterioration of the bamboo structure.
The edges of the bamboo panels are machined into end-matching by high-precision CNC machines. The panel edges are cut into end-matching to ensure a strong connection, limiting warping and delamination due to changes in temperature and humidity.
After pressing, the bamboo panels are cut to the required size. The surface is sanded through many levels (from grit 80 to 400) to achieve optimal smoothness. Depending on the application, the product is finished with natural oil or UV coating according to usage requirements.
The entire production process strictly adheres to international quality standards, resulting in a laminated bamboo tabletop product that is highly durable, naturally aesthetic and environmentally friendly.
