PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
- Slanted bamboo panels are produced from bamboo slats (bamboo strips) arranged at an angle to the surface of the panel, creating a small, smooth and unique bamboo grain surface. Each bamboo strip undergoes a modification process to improve stability and the ability to limit mold and termites.
- After processing, bamboo strips are finely planed, classified and selected for color according to technical standards. Type A strips have a uniform color, no scratches, and are used for the main surface of the board. Next, the strips are coated with specialized glue to increase adhesion, before being put into the layering and hot pressing stage using a hydraulic press system under high pressure and temperature to form a pressed bamboo board with a solid structure, aesthetic and meeting construction technical requirements.
